Rates and Insurance

Rates
$175 – $250 (dependent on provider and service). Sliding scale upon request: $95 - $130.

Insurance
We do not bill insurance companies for services.

Benefits to Private Pay Mental Health Treatment

  • You are in control of your care from choosing your therapist to the length of treatment. You do not need to prove to an insurance company why you should be approved for treatment nor do you need to demonstrate that you qualify for a pre-determined number of therapy sessions.

  • Increased privacy and confidentiality (except for limits of confidentiality). Confidentiality cannot be assured or guaranteed when an insurance company requires information to approve services and multiple persons are handling claims.

  • Not having a mental health disorder diagnosis on your medical record.

  • Many of the issues that you wish to address in therapy aren’t billable by insurance, such as couples therapy, substance use disorders/addiction, navigating life transitions, and developing healthy life skills.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events may arise that prevent you from making it to a scheduled session; however, we ask that you notify us in advance to allow someone else an opportunity to be seen. If you cancel or fail to appear to a session without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the missed session at full cost.

Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. FSA cards accepted.
